It started with my own body
I spent more than twenty years around finance and international business — numbers, pressure, decisions, results. That world teaches one thing fast: energy is your operating system.
For a long time, my own rhythm was off. I planned money, travel and work while running my body on coffee, stress and whatever I could grab between meetings. I looked fine. I wanted to feel alive again.
Biohacking became my way back: calmer mornings, a lighter face, food that gave me energy, and a rhythm that held through travel, work and real life.
RUNA is that rhythm turned into a method other people can follow: a short reset that feels good enough to start, structured enough to work and simple enough to keep.
